Refund Policy 


1. Scope of application

This refund policy applies to all products purchased through our company website or authorized channels.


2. Refund conditions

2.1 Product Issues

-The product has manufacturing defects or quality issues;

-The received product does not match the description;

-The product was damaged during transportation.


2.2 Customer reasons

-The customer is dissatisfied due to personal reasons, but the product has not been used and the packaging is intact.


3. Refund application process

3.1 Submit Application

Please submit a refund request through our customer service email or phone within 30 days of receiving the product. Please provide the following information in the request:

-Order number;

-Purchase date;

-Problem description and related photos (if any).


3.2 Audit

Our customer service team will conduct a review within 3 working days after receiving the application and notify the customer of the review result via email or phone.


3.3 Return of goods

If the refund request is approved, please send the product back to our designated return address. When returning the product, please ensure that:

-The product is unused and the packaging is intact (unless there are quality issues with the product);

-Attach original invoice or proof of purchase.


4. Refund processing

4.1 Refund amount

-Refunds due to product issues: refund the full purchase amount, including initial shipping costs;

-Refunds due to personal reasons of the customer: refund the purchase amount, but not including initial shipping and return shipping costs.


4.2 Refund Method

The refund will be processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned product and confirm its status. The refund will be returned through the original payment method.


5. Special instructions

5.1 Non returnable goods

The following products are not eligible for returns and refunds:

-Customized products;

-Close fitting clothing;

-Used or damaged products.


5.2 Liability for Damage or Loss

If the returned product is damaged or lost during transportation, the customer shall bear the relevant responsibility on their own. It is recommended to choose a transportation method with tracking services and package it properly.
